Katherine Whitbourn-Hammond Sales & Marketing Co-ordinator

 

Having joined the team in July 2006 Katherine is the newest member of Glamorgan Conference Services. Her previous employment has focused on the hotel industry and sales and marketing within higher education establishments. Katherine's role is to actively sell the portfolio of products and services that Glamorgan Conference Services can provide. This involves processing the enquiries and assisting the client in co-ordinating arrangements until a booking contract has been agreed. Katherine is also responsible for the marketing of the facilities; this includes increasing customer awareness through exhibitions, and other promotional activities.
