Cara Smith Conference Co-ordinator
Cara's role at Glamorgan Conference Services began as 'Customer Liaison Assistant' in December 2004; she has recently been promoted to Conference Co-ordinator working alongside Stacy. Cara's specialist areas are event management packages along with the daily bookings in the Business Centre. Cara's role as Conference Co-ordinator becomes active once written confirmation has been received, liaising with clients over final numbers, room layouts, menus and dietary requirements.
