What time can I check into my accommodation?
Check in is available from 2pm.
What time do I have to check out of my accommodation?
Check out on day of departure is 10am.
What are the opening hours of the Glamorgan Conference Services?
Glamorgan Conference Services is usually open Monday - Thursday 8.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm. Alternative hours can be arranged, please speak to the team at time of booking (there may be an additional charge).
Will there be someone from the conference and events office present throughout my event?
A member of the team will meet and greet you on arrival to check arrangements and will be available as required throughout the day.
Do you offer room hire rates?
We can offer component bespoke packages, this is dependent on your requirements, please contact us to discuss your requirements in further detail.
What if there isn't accommodation available on campus?
We have compiled a list of accommodation providers in the local area; please contact us for further details.
Can I send packages prior to the event?
Yes, please send them with the following details clearly marked:

Where can I access my emails?
WiFi is available on the university campus. Should you wish to bring along your laptop our bedrooms at Glamorgan Court can provide fast speed internet access, or why not pay a visit to the Business Centre where we have several computer stations available with WiFi access.
Can I provide my own catering?
Due to our strict food safety policy and for health and safety reasons you are not permitted to supply your own catering anywhere on campus. Please speak to the team who will liaise with our experienced catering department on your behalf if you have specific requirements.
Do you cater for special dietary requirements?
Yes we can cater for most special dietary requirements. Please provide us with as much information and notice as possible and we will endeavour to meet your needs
Do you accept pets?
Due to the nature of the buildings and the comfort of other guests on campus we only accept Guide Dogs.
Is car parking available?
Free car parking is available for conference delegates on campus. However we do support the University's vision on environmental and sustainable transport and encourage people to use public transport.
Do you prices include VAT?
All our prices are subject to VAT unless you have a VAT exemption certificate.
